Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Address

    In order to provide good service and timely and efficient deliveries, enter the correct pin code in the shipping address field of the Registration Form. Also, provide the correct contact phone number while registering.

  2. Delivery in India

    The estimated time of delivery within India is generally 5-7 business days, time may vary according to the delivery location. If the location is not served by the regular courier partners, then SCAPL will be dispatching the order through Speed Post. In such cases, delivery duration may vary from 7-10 days. Delivery time may also vary according to the delivery location. Orders placed from North East India require a minimum of 10-12 business days for delivery.

  3. International Delivery
    • International deliveries may take 15-20 days. The tracking of the order gets updated periodically to provide the most current status of the shipment.
    • Flight delays, cancellations and customs delays are beyond the control of SCAPL. Due to the time required for custom and import clearance and forwarding, the delivery timeline may suffer. Please note that the delivery timings will also be bound by the custom policies and regulations of your region.
    • Additional charges for customs clearance of the shipment, if any, shall be paid by the recipient. SCAPL has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
    • In rare cases, the Customer may have to coordinate with customs or the local post office for the clearance of the shipment. In such a case, SCAPL will keep the customer informed with all relevant information.
  4. Delivery Charges

    SCAPL offers a flat rate of Rs.50/- per product/consignment, delivery charges may vary depending on the number of products ordered for shipping to selected states in the country. Orders with a value above Rs 2000/- will be shipped without delivery charges.

  5. Out of Stock

    “Out of Stock” means, currently SCAPL products are not available for sale. Please write to us at customer care info@scapl.org requesting product availability.

  6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Facility

    SCAPL will update the customer with a shipment confirmation email containing the details of tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and the customer can keep a constant eye as the product travels all along to its delivery location.

  7. GST

    GST may be applied to the order as per government norms. These amounts are to be borne by the customer.
