Refund Policy

If the Customer is not happy with the purchase, SCAPL will accept the return of an unused product within 7 days. Once the returned item is received by SCAPL, SCAPL will carry out necessary verification and will initiate the Refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of the order).

However, returns are limited to the following cases: –

  1. In case of damaged or defective products: – If the delivered Product is received in a damaged condition, then immediately call on the customer care no. +91-22-35634329 or you can also send us an email on info@scapl.org. SCAPL will initiate the refund after necessary verification. The contents of the shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products.

  2. In case of dispatch of a different product: – If upon delivery of the product, it is discovered that a different product has been dispatched, then the Customer can immediately notify SCAPL on the Customer Care no. +91-22-35634329 or can also send us an email on info@scapl.org. After necessary verification, SCAPL can replace the product or will initiate the refund on the preference of the customer. The contents of the shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products.

  3. In case of delay in delivery: – If the Customer has already paid for the order and SCAPL couldn’t deliver the product to the customer within 7 working days from the date of order, then the Customer can demand a refund and SCAPL will initiate the refund after necessary verification.

  4. In case of free cancellation policy: – If the Customer has already paid for the order and Customer prefers to cancel the order within 24 hours from the date of order, then SCAPL will initiate the refund after necessary verification.

  5. SCAPL will not process the refund for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners or through e-commerce websites other than www.scapl.org .

 

Return Policy

    (Note:- Discounted items are not eligible for a return.)

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. If the order has been placed in prepaid mode and under free cancellation policy, then after necessary verification, SCAPL will initiate the refund.

  2. If the order has been placed in prepaid mode and it doesn’t come under the free cancellation policy, then in such case, 20% amount will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer.
